Returns Policy


Vinyl Window & Wall Art strives to bring your dreams and visions to reality through our creative window and wall art.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, once the art piece has been removed from the backing, we will not be able to accept any returns.

If you receive your art piece and when looking at it, it does not look as how you had imagined or you simply change your mind about the order (without removing the vinyl from the backing) then you are welcome to return the item (at your cost) if you notify us within 7 working days of receiving the order.

Any customised orders are not able to be returned.

Charges and refunds

Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by EFT will be refunded to your nominated bank account which you have provided in writing to vinylwindowandwallart@gmail.com and are responsible for the validity thereof. Any incorrect information given to us will not be our responsibility to rectify and we will not be liable to make any further payments to you. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the policy dependent on the nature of the refund, however once a product has been received by us, a refund would then take up to 7 working days to be processed.
